Reports that Moussa Ibrahim has been captured. He was Gadaffi's spokesman. Came out with hilarious lines about the rebels not being in Tripoli when they had all but captured it, things like that. He was likened to Comical Ali (Muhammad Saeed al-Sahhaf), Saddam's Minister for (hilarious) Information. 

If true, then this is massive news. However, it's worth remembering that the NTC have, on more than one occasion, reported Moussa Ibrahim's capture...one time they even said that when they caught him he was dressed as a woman...
