Big out cry today because a beer called "Top Totty", which has been on sale in the Strangers' Bar in Westminster since 2007, suddenly began to offend people. Why? Because the picture on the tap shows a cartoon woman in a bra (and bunny ears and a bow tie but I assume they didn't cause the trouble).…
